The hotel is conveniently located near the U1 station, making it easy to explore must-see places. It is also within walking distance to the Prater amusement park and the vibrant bars along the river. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a mini kitchen and a coffee machine. The bathroom is large and sparkling clean, and the sofabed is comfortable. The hotel also offers laundry service, which was very helpful during our stay.

On the third day, our room was not cleaned despite putting the green sign outside the door.

The best aspects of our stay were the spacious and comfortable room, the convenient location near the Vienna Convention Centre and the easy access to transportation.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Our room was not cleaned on the third day, even though we requested it. the servicing of the rooms was not up to par and some essentials like garbage removal and toilet paper replacement were overlooked.

the apartment was comfortable and equipped for work, with a large desk. the kitchen allowed me to cook my own food. the staff was helpful, and the location was convenient with a nearby subway station and a supermarket next door.

Bathroom sink setup was inconvenient.

The value for the money was great! The room was clean, spacious, and had a mini kitchen and coffee machine. The location was perfect, with shops nearby and a nice walk to the Prater. The staff treated us well and even took care of our laundry when the machine broke down.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

Great apartment with spacious rooms, clean and well-equipped with all necessary appliances. Good WiFi and a bonus garage for those traveling by car. Close to Ubahn and just a 10-minute walk from Prater. Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. Highly recommended for families.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Plus Celebrity Suites. The separate bedroom with a closed door allowed for privacy and a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. The location was perfect for attending the Rolling Stones concert at Ernst Happel Stadium. I was able to walk to the stadium and enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, great location, and friendly service.
